Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding the booking advance fee of ₹1000 for technical consultations and project kick-offs with Pawan Bhayde.

1. Advance Payment

The ₹1000 advance payment is a non-refundable booking fee designed to secure a dedicated time slot for your consultation or project discussion. This fee compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you and the initial preparation required to understand your technical needs.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling: If you notify me at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, your advance payment can be applied to a rescheduled slot.
• Cancellation: If you cancel your booking entirely, the ₹1000 advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the advance payment is forfeited.

3. Cancellation by Freelancer

In the rare event that I (Pawan Bhayde) must cancel the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances or an inability to take on your project:

• I will notify you as soon as possible.
• You will be offered the option to reschedule.
• If rescheduling is not possible or desired, a full refund of the ₹1000 advance payment will be issued.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved under the conditions stated above (Cancellation by Freelancer), it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction via Razorpay.

5. Project Payments

This policy applies specifically to the initial ₹1000 booking advance. Refund policies for subsequent project milestones or full project payments will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon contract before the commencement of major development work.
