I offer freelance services including but not limited to App Development, Web Development, UI/UX Design, and Technical Consultancy. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be mutually agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.
To initiate a project or book a dedicated technical consultation, an advance payment (booking fee) of ₹1000 is required. This payment secures your slot and compensates for the initial time invested in understanding your requirements.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear requirements to ensure the smooth execution of the project. Delays on the client's end may result in adjustments to project timelines.
Upon full payment for the agreed-upon services, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. I retain the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio.
In no event shall Pawan Bhayde be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
